Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and respond to acute patient deterioration with immediate interventions.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment to create and adjust care plans in high-acuity settings.
• Coordinate and communicate patient information across the care team.
• Lead rapid response initiatives with delegation and supervision of care delivery.
• Identify variances from goals and implement corrective actions for patient safety.
• Provide education and support to patients and families during critical transitions
• Collaborate with physicians to adjust treatment plans as conditions change
