Job summary

THERAPY 2000 is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for pediatric home-health services across Texas. You will provide therapy under supervising PT goals, develop patient-specific home exercise programs, and collaborate with families and care teams to deliver high-quality care in the child’s home.

The role requires a Texas license, reliability, flexibility, and comfort using standard tech tools. Mileage reimbursement and benefits support are included for eligible staff.

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license in Texas
Demonstrated reliability and innovation
Flexibility to adapt to business needs
Proficiency with basic workplace tech (laptop, phone, email, browser)
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy treatments under the supervising PT
Develop home exercise programs with caregivers
Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines
Meet patient visit quotas and complete required documentation
Adhere to agency policies and home-health regulations
