Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed pediatric Physical Therapist to support Texas families in home-based services. You will evaluate pediatric patients, design and implement therapy plans, and partner with caregivers to develop effective home exercise programs.

As a vital member of the care team, you will coordinate with physicians and other providers, ensuring high-quality patient care while meeting weekly visit requirements and complying with agency policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current active Texas PT license.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric PT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.

• Meet required weekly patient visits and complete chart updates.
