Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric PT treatments under supervising PT goals and plans.
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Complete minimum patient visits weekly as required.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation.
