THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to serve patients in Princeton and Farmersville, TX. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and partner with families to design effective home exercise programs.

Your role involves coordinating care with other clinicians and ensuring timely documentation in the patient chart. The position requires 3+ years of pediatric PT experience, home-health familiarity, and bilingual English/Spanish skills; PCS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a pediatric Physical Therapist
• Experience in a home-health setting
• Specialty Certifications (PCS or similar)
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsabilités

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

What you’ll do:

• -Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations, using standardized tests to determine patients’ needs for therapy.
• -Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• -Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• -Act as a vital member of your patients’ medical neighborhoods, collaborating and coordinating care between various providers and disciplines.
• -Complete a minimum number of patient visits on a weekly basis as required by the agency.
• -Meet deadlines for completion of patient chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and all other paperwork as needed.
• -Meet with agency personnel as necessary to maintain understanding of expectations and standards related to delivering high-quality patient care.
• -Perform all duties in compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• -Adhere to all rules, regulations, codes of ethics, guidelines and federal, state and local laws applicable to home-health pediatric physical therapy.
