Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our mission-driven, home-based pediatric therapy team covering Burleson and Crowley, TX. This PRN role emphasizes clinical excellence, collaboration, and patient-centered care in children’s homes.

Candidates should have 3+ years of pediatric PT experience, home-health familiarity, PCS or similar certification, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities to support diverse families in Texas communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as a pediatric physical therapist.
• Experience in a home-health setting.
• Specialty certifications (PCS or similar).
• Bilingual English/Spanish required or preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive Pediatric Physical Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years as a pediatric Physical Therapist
• Experience in a home-health setting

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations, using standardized tests to determine patients’ needs for therapy.
• Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Act as a vital member of your patients’ medical neighborhoods, collaborating and coordinating care between various providers and disciplines.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits on a weekly basis as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for completion of patient chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and all other paperwork as needed.
• Meet with agency personnel as necessary to maintain understanding of expectations and standards related to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Perform all duties in compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all rules, regulations, codes of ethics, guidelines and federal, state and local laws applicable to home-health pediatric physical therapy.
