Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• PT license must be active.
• Experience with pelvic floor rehab is preferred or willing to develop expertise.
• Residential state license or eligibility for Missouri is expected.

Responsibilities

• Establishes treatment plan and provides treatment in outpatient PT.
• Educates and collaborates with patients, families and other providers.
• Delegates to assistants and students with appropriate competency.
• Completes documentation per department policies.
• Provides assessment, reassessment, and consultations for PT services.
