Saint Peter’s Healthcare System is seeking a Physical Therapist - Pelvic Floor Specialist for outpatient care. You will develop individualized plans of care and adapt them as patients progress, collaborating with physicians, families, and the health care team.

The role requires a CAPTE-accredited degree and a New Jersey license or eligibility; new graduates are welcome, with BLS certification required. Salary ranges are competitive and benefits comprehensive.

Qualifications

• Requires CAPTE-accredited degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or DPT).
• Requires a current New Jersey State license or eligibility in Physical Therapy.
• New graduates acceptable.
• Analytic ability, independent judgment, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• BLS Certification required, per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans per physician orders for patients across life span.
• Modify treatment plans based on patient response and charted progress.
• Demonstrate teaching skills to patients and families while maintaining safety during sessions.
• Assist in discharge planning with the health care team.
• Document initial assessments, reassessments, and progress notes per policy.
