Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Physical Therapist License required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes treatment plan and provides PT services for pediatric outpatients.
• Educates families and collaborates with care teams; recommends referrals as needed.
• Delegates tasks to assistants with clear competency guidance.
• Completes documentation per department policies.
• Provides assessment and reassessment for Physical Therapy Services.
