Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT) is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) is required.
• Master's Degree in PT or related field is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Establishes treatment plan and provides treatment in outpatient pediatric PT.
• Educates and collaborates with patients and families and referrals as needed.
• Delegates tasks to assistants and students with appropriate supervision.
• Completes documentation per departmental policies.
• Provides assessment, reassessment, and consultations for Physical Therapy Services.
