You’re a good fit if:

• You are a Physical Therapist with current Kentucky PT licensure and graduation from an accredited APTA program for Physical Therapy or a Physical Therapist Assistant with current Kentucky PTA certification and graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• For the PTA role, you have a minimum of two years experience as a certified PTA, with pediatric experience preferred
• You hold a current CPR and First Aid certification
• You want to work with children ages 0 to 21 across a range of diagnoses, evaluating and treating as an PT or carrying out the plan of care under a supervising PT as a PTA
• You like collaborating on a multidisciplinary team
• You take pride in your caseload and want to see both your patients and your team grow
• You communicate clearly with your team, with families, and in your documentation, and you coach parents through home carryover programs
• You have experience with, or interest in learning, telehealth
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
