Marshall Pediatric Therapy in Richmond, KY seeks a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist to evaluate and treat children ages 0–21 across a range of diagnoses, working in a multidisciplinary team with PT, OT, Speech, Psychology, and ABA.

You’ll join a family-owned practice offering both full-time and part-time opportunities, a salary of $57,000–$65,000 per year with bonus potential, and a benefits package including health insurance, generous PTO, 401(k) with company match, CEU support, and tuition

Qualifications

What the work looks like

You’ll evaluate and treat children ages 0 to 21 across a range of diagnoses. You’ll work under one roof with physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, and ABA. When a child’s needs are complex, you have a whole team to collaborate with, co-treat, share goals, and problem-solve the hard cases together. Parents are encouraged to be part of the session, and home carryover is part of every plan.

• You hold a current Kentucky license as a LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist (LPCAs or Marriage & Family Therapist Associates also welcome to apply)


• You hold a current CPR and First Aid certification
