Marshall Pediatric Therapy in Lexington, KY is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant to support children ages 0–21 under supervision, delivering plans of care and progress updates within a multidisciplinary team.

What the work looks like

You’ll treat children ages 0 to 21 across a range of diagnoses, carrying out plans of care built by your supervising physical therapist and reporting back on how each child is progressing. You’ll work under one roof with speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health therapy, psychology, and ABA. When a child’s needs are complex, you have a whole team to collaborate with, co-treat, share goals, and problem-solve the hard cases together. Parents are encouraged to be part of the session, and home carryover is part of every plan.

You’re a good fit if:

• You hold a current Kentucky PTA certification and graduated from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• You have a minimum of two years experience as a certified PTA, with pediatric experience preferred
• You hold current CPR and First Aid certification

• You work well under the direction of a supervising physical therapist
