Therapy 2000 in North Katy is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our mission-driven team providing home-based pediatric PT services across Texas. You will evaluate, treat, and empower children to reach their growth milestones in the comfort of their homes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in pediatric PT, home-health experience, PCS certifications, and bilingual English/Spanish communication to support diverse families.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years as a pediatric Physical Therapist.
• Experience delivering home-health pediatric PT services.
• PCS or similar specialty certifications are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive pediatric PT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregiver partnership.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain timely documentation and chart updates as required.

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years as a pediatric Physical Therapist
• Experience in a home-health setting
• Specialty Certifications (example: PCS)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations, using standardized tests to determine patients’ needs for therapy.
• Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Act as a vital member of your patients’ medical neighborhoods, collaborating and coordinating care between various providers and disciplines.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits on a weekly basis as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for completion of patient chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and all other paperwork as needed.
• Meet with agency personnel as necessary to maintain understanding of expectations and standards related to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Perform all duties in compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all rules, regulations, codes of ethics, guidelines and federal, state and local laws applicable to home-health pediatric physical therapy.
