Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide homecare in Westchester County, NY, with occasional virtual sessions. Hours are flexible and compensation ranges from $80 to $120 per hour, with options for full-time or fee-for-service depending on caseload.

The role involves collaboration with supervisors and school teams to support children’s goals. Qualified candidates will hold a NY State PT license and a degree in Physical Therapy; bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current New York State Physical Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
