Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide pediatric services from neonatal through adolescence. Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited physical therapy program.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Specialized pediatric areas experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice in Arizona; fingerprint clearance; BLS required.
• APTA Pediatric Specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients across neonatal to adolescence/young adult.
• Develop age-appropriate plans of care and document per department standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and team members to optimize outcomes.
• Supervise PT assistants, rehab technicians, and students as needed.
