THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for a PRN role in the Far North Dallas/Richardson area. The position involves home-based pediatric therapy across speech, occupational, and physical modalities, with a focus on compassionate, family-centered care.

Qualifications

• -3+ years as a pediatric Physical Therapist.
• -Experience in a home-health setting.
• -Specialty Certifications (example: PCS).
• -Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• -Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations, using standardized tests to determine patients’ needs for therapy.
• -Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• -Develop home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• -Coordinate care between providers and disciplines.
• -Meet minimum weekly patient visit requirements.
• -Complete patient chart updates, progress summaries, and logs on time.
• -Attend meetings with agency personnel to align on expectations and quality standards.
• -Comply with all agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
