THERAPY 2000 is a mission-driven home-based pediatric therapy provider serving Texas families. We seek a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat children in their homes, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers and physicians to coordinate care.

The ideal candidate will hold a Texas PT license, have pediatric experience, and demonstrate reliability and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Texas Physical Therapy license active or in good standing.
• Pediatric experience and reliability required.
• Flexibility to adapt to patient needs and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregiver involvement.
• Coordinate care with other providers as part of the patient’s medical team.
• Meet weekly patient visit targets and complete chart updates and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, ethics, and home-health regulations.
