Job summary

Qualifications

• Required credentials to practice PT therapy.
• Experience working with children and/or clients with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a caseload of therapy groups and daily sessions.
• Completes daily treatment notes, evaluations, and updates plan of care as needed.
• Implements Blue Bird Day curriculum and therapeutic model.
• Collaborates with client teams and families via emails, calls, and meetings.
• Provides parent education, home programs, and parent support as needed.
• Manages caseload with scheduling team and creates visual schedules.
