Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret evaluations and test results to guide treatment plans.
• Administer occupational therapy and supervise aides as needed.
• Develop discharge plans and home exercise programs for families.
• Document patient care and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in IEP team meetings as part of a comprehensive plan.
• Maintain safe and clean clinical environment and follow infection-control policies.
