Job summary

Oaklin Lane in the Dallas area is hiring a full‑time pediatric Occupational Therapist for our DFW clinic. You will carry a full caseload of kids, perform evaluations, and deliver 45‑minute one‑on‑one sessions in a play‑based setting.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and coordinate care with SLP and PT, ensuring a connected plan for each child. The role includes benefits like medical, dental, and vision insurance, and two weeks off during Christmas and New Year’s.

Qualifications

• Current Texas licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in good standing.
• Pediatric OT experience across fine motor, visual‑motor, sensory processing, and self‑care skills.
• Comfort using EMR systems and keeping documentation accurate and timely.

Responsibilities

• Carry a full-time caseload of kids you see consistently, week after week.
• Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and share findings with families in plain language.
• Provide one‑on‑one, play‑based 45‑minute occupational therapy sessions for kids from infancy through adolescence.
• Deliver evidence‑based treatment across fine motor, visual‑motor, sensory processing, and self‑care skills.
• Build treatment plans and goals that meet each kid where they are.
• Document sessions in our EMR with accuracy and care.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammates.
• Coordinate care with SLP and PT so every kid gets one connected plan.
• Create a play‑based environment where kids are treated like kids first.
