Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and verify referral appropriateness.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs; set goals and discharge plans.
• Recommend orthotics and adaptive equipment; train patients and caregivers.
• Record assessments and treatment in medical records; assign billing codes.
• Participate in staff training; may supervise PTAs or rehab aides.
• Serve as clinical instructor for student externships.
