Qualifications

• Master’s degree in physical therapy is required.
• Current state professional license required.
• Valid state driver license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, and treat pediatric patients in home health.
• Direct patient and caregiver in selected therapy tasks to improve function.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Record progress and communicate with families and providers.
• Collaborate with team and mentor students/new hires.
• Maintain equipment and participate in QA and education activities.
