Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Ability to design and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children with varying diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations for pediatric patients.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans based on child-specific goals.
• Educate caregivers on home-based therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document sessions and track progress with the care team.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate integrated patient care.
