Job summary

Family of Kidz in Westchester County, NY is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our home-based care team. This role offers flexible hours, fee-for-service and/or full-time opportunities, and a compensation range of $80–$120 per hour.

You will design individual and group therapies for children, perform evaluations, and collaborate with families, school teams, and supervisors. NY state licensure and a pediatric background are required; bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current New York State Physical Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators regarding case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
