Job summary

New York Home Care is seeking dynamic Physical Therapists for our home-based pediatric patients. Both part-time and full-time roles are available with a competitive salary up to $125,000 and a strong benefits package.

We also offer a door-to-door car service, flexible scheduling, and weekends coverage as needed. A NY State license and an approved physical therapy program are required to join our team.

Qualifications

• Licensed in New York State as a Physical Therapist.
• Successful completion of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or the AMA Council on Medical Education and Hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, implement, treat and document patient status for home care patients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and agency standards; obtain necessary certifications.

Education

Licensed in New York State as a Physical Therapist

Successful completion of physical therapy program approved by APTA or Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of AMA
