Qualifications

• Must hold Texas Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred.
• Experience in home health, outpatient pediatrics, or related pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children’s physical abilities and developmental needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on child’s goals.
• Provide age-appropriate pediatric PT interventions in home visits.
• Improve mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Accurately document progress and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for coordinated care.
• Deliver compassionate, family-centered care in the home.
