KidsCare Home Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide pediatric in-home physical therapy services. You will evaluate, treat, and educate children and their families in their homes, ensuring safe and effective therapy plans and home exercise programs.

The role offers leadership pathways, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidate should hold a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy, state licensure, CPR certification, and have pediatric/home health experience

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current state-issued professional license.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certified.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in the home health setting.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patients and families regarding progress and discharge planning.
• Refer to appropriate services as needed.
• Maintain documentation and records of patient progress.
