KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy for children with special needs, promoting balance between work and life. You will evaluate, design, and supervise therapy plans, and coach families to support daily activities and home programs.

The role emphasizes pediatric care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and opportunities for mentorship and professional development within a therapist-owned organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current state-issued professional license is required.
• Valid state driver license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Pediatric clinical experience is preferred.
• Home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and conduct pediatric physical therapy in the home health setting.
• Direct patient and caregiver in tasks to restore and enhance function.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with family about progress and home programs.
• Refer patients to appropriate services as needed.
• Document patient progress and maintain records.
