Job summary

NAPA Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to work with infants, children, and adolescents, focusing on motor development and functional skills. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized pediatric therapy within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing family coaching and evidence-based approaches.

The role includes documented reporting, collaboration with caregivers, and ongoing professional development, with opportunities for international交流 and mentorship within our center.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (BASc or equivalent).
• Current license with the state board.
• DOJ/FBI background clearance.
• CPR and First Aid certificates.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric motor and sensory impairments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on PT techniques, gait training, and stretches.
• Document evaluations, progress, and IEP-related reports in EHR.
• Educate families on home exercise programs and device use.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for client-centered care.
