The position requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Texas licensure, and NPTE completion, with pediatric care experience preferred. Team-based care and patient-centered goals are emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Must have TX state licensure to practice.
• Passage of the NPTE is required.
• Experience with pediatric patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Review data from tests and examinations, then make recommendations based on findings.
• Utilize physical therapy to ease discomfort and increase mobility as prescribed by doctor.
• Generate therapy plans using a variety of strategies to fit each patient.
• Ask patients about their physical status, including any injuries or mobility concerns.
