Job summary

Wee Speak Therapy & Learning Center in Lafayette, IN, seeks dedicated PTA clinicians to deliver engaging pediatric physical therapy under a Licensed PT. You will guide children through play-based activities that target gross motor milestones, coordination, and mobility, while documenting progress and updating treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Indiana State PTA license (or eligibility).
• Current CPR certification.
• Pediatric experience preferred (New graduates are encouraged to apply!).

Responsibilities

• Deliver pediatric physical therapy interventions under supervision of a Licensed PT.
• Work on gross motor milestones, coordination, strength, balance, and mobility through play-based activities.
• Track and document patient progress to update treatment plans.
• Partner with parents/caregivers to provide home activity ideas and carryover strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration.

What You’ll Do

Deliver fun, goal-oriented pediatric physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a Licensed PT.

Track and document patient progress to assist the primary PT in updating treatment plans.

Partner with parents and caregivers to provide home activity ideas and functional carryover strategies.
