Job summary

Wee Speak Therapy & Learning Center in Indiana is seeking a licensed pediatric physical therapist to evaluate and treat children with evidence-based, play-based plans. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic care and engage families with home programs.

The role requires a DPT or MPT in Physical Therapy, an Indiana license or eligibility, and CPR certification. New graduates are welcome to apply and will benefit from supportive leadership and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Indiana State PT License (or eligibility).
• Current CPR Certification.
• Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric physical therapy evaluations assessing gross motor skills, gait, balance, strength, mobility, and tone.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based, play-based treatment plans.
• Engage families and caregivers with education, home exercise programs, and adaptive equipment recommendations to support functional progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Complete documentation in an organized and timely manner with designated, paid admin time.

What You’ll Do
