Job summary

Wee Speak Therapy & Learning Center in Lafayette, Indiana, is hiring compassionate COTA professionals to deliver pediatric occupational therapy under licensed supervision. You will engage children through playful, goal-oriented activities, focusing on fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, and self-care skills while documenting progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, ongoing progress tracking, and participation in a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care and patient

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Indiana State COTA License (or eligibility).
• Current CPR Certification.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pediatric OT interventions under supervision of a Licensed OT.
• Work on fine motor, sensory integration, visual-motor, and self-care skills through play-based activities.
• Track patient progress and update treatment plans with the OT.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to provide home activities and carryover strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Deliver fun, goal-oriented pediatric occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a Licensed OT.

• Track and document patient progress to assist the primary OT in updating treatment plans.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to provide home activities and functional carryover strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration.
