Job summary

Lifelong Access in Illinois is hiring Physical Therapists to support children birth through age 18 in Early Intervention, clinic-based therapy, or a blend of both. You’ll work with a caring interdisciplinary team and may supervise PT Assistants and fieldwork students.

The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with flexible scheduling, an impact bonus, CEUs, supervision hours, and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in physical therapy is required or equivalent.
• Illinois PT license or license-eligible preferred.
• Early Intervention credential preferred.
• Pediatric therapy experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry a pediatric caseload (birth–18).
• Complete initial and ongoing evaluations across gross motor, mobility, balance, strength, coordination, and functional skills.
• Develop and update treatment plans and documentation.
• Partner with therapists across multiple disciplines.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and interns.

About the Role
