Job summary

Lifelong Access in Normal, Illinois is seeking a Physical Therapist to support children ages birth to 18. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay from $33 to $66 per hour, and the opportunity for an Impact Bonus based on contributions.

About the Role

You’ll support children birth through age 18 in Early Intervention, clinic-based therapy, or a blend of both. You’ll collaborate with a caring interdisciplinary team and may supervise a PT Assistant (PTA) and fieldwork students.

What You’ll Do
  • Carry a pediatric caseload (birth–18)
  • Complete initial and ongoing evaluations across gross motor, mobility, balance, strength, coordination, and functional skills
  • Develop and update treatment plans and documentation
  • Partner with therapists across multiple disciplines
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and interns
What You Bring
  • Doctorate or master’s degree in physical therapy and state licensure (PT)
  • Illinois PT license (or license-eligible)
  • Early Intervention credential preferred
  • Pediatric experience strongly preferred
  • Valid Illinois driver’s license & insurance
