Job summary

Lifelong Access is seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to work with birth through 18-year-olds across EI and clinic settings. Join a multidisciplinary team, supervise COTAs and interns, and contribute to patient-centered care in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in OT and NBCOT certification.
• Illinois OT license (or license-eligible).
• Early Intervention credential preferred.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry a pediatric caseload (birth–18).
• Complete initial and ongoing evaluations across fine motor, sensory processing, ADLs, and more.
• Develop and update treatment plans and documentation.
• Partner with therapists across multiple disciplines.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and interns.
• Early Intervention training provided for skill expansion.

About the Role

You’ll support children birth through age 18 in Early Intervention, clinic-based therapy, or a blend of both. You’ll collaborate with a caring interdisciplinary team and may supervise a COTA and fieldwork students.
