MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking a Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver one-on-one therapy in children’s homes, daycares, and schools. Enjoy flexible scheduling with options for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN, while focusing on meaningful patient interactions and quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license, or eligible to obtain licensure before start date.
• One year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide physical therapy services to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional independence.
• Implement physician-approved plans of care using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Provide caregiver education and training to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
• Supervision of PTAs is a plus but not required.

Physical Therapist Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Pay: $60.00-70.00 per hour
