Job Description

In this role, you will deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to children from infancy through adolescence, helping them achieve their developmental goals. You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for each child.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the physical and developmental needs of pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's goals and needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques to address motor skills, strength, coordination, and mobility challenges.
• Educate and support families on home exercise programs and strategies to promote development.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in pediatric physical therapy.

Minimum Requirements
