Job Title: Licensed Physical Therapist

If you’re a licensed physical therapist interested in joining a team of compassionate healthcare professionals, you might be a great fit for our team.

You will work with people who have trouble moving because of surgery or an injury and create a plan for effective treatment. This position is in charge of delivering physical therapy treatments to patients to help them feel less pain and move around better, as well as developing their health and fitness plans.

Our ideal candidate must be able to manage different types of patient issues while staying current on the most recent techniques and methods for treatment. This position requires a doctorate degree in physical therapy and current state licensure.

Responsibilities

1. Evaluate and interpret findings from the patient's test results and assessments.
2. Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and follow all applicable policies and procedures.
3. Use physical therapy on patients to reduce pain and improve mobility as advised by doctor.
4. Generate therapy plans that incorporate a variety of strategies to fit the needs of each patient.
5. Obtain advice from and work together with other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• This position requires excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills.
• Previous experience working with patients in a healthcare environment is highly desired.
• Must have a current state license to practice in the state you reside in.
• Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required for this position.

Compensation

$85,000 - $95,000 yearly

Kidtherapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric clinic that is therapist-owned and managed. We do only clinic-based services and a small amount of teletherapy. KidTherapy's pediatric therapy facility has over 4,000 square feet of fully equipped space. We offer two sensory gyms, an orthopedic gym, and four private treatment rooms.
