Owner, Certified Hand Therapist & Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Zenith Rehabilitation, LLC

We are a small stand-alone clinic providing services primarily to pediatrics, with some adult cases. Located in an underserved area, we are passionate about our work and seek a dedicated professional to help expand our PT caseload.

We are looking for someone interested in working at least 30 hours per week and comfortable supervising a PTA.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing quality patient care aligned with the American Physical Therapy Association standards, tailored to age and disability-related functional limitations.
  • Documenting and performing charge-related functions.
  • Representing the profession positively and marketing services to the community, physicians, and referral sources.

Essential Functions:

  • Evaluating patients and developing appropriate care plans based on physician orders, payor requirements, and patient expectations. Performing treatments within professional boundaries and skill levels.
  • Documenting treatment plans, ICD-10 and CPT coding, exercise sheets, home programs, education, and reports.
  • Supervising support personnel and ensuring accurate, timely documentation and billing.
  • Participating in community marketing and reporting significant medical errors or adverse outcomes.
  • Attending in-service trainings and completing mandatory education.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of medical reimbursement and terminology.
  • Ability to work with disabled individuals and demonstrate age-specific competencies.
  • Proficiency in clinical treatments and a willingness to work with children.

Education and Experience:

  • Graduation from an APTA and CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy program.
  • State licensure and current CPR certification.
  • No sanctions by federal or state payors.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
