T & K Pediatric Services is a leading pediatric healthcare provider in Jamestown, ND. Our team of experienced professionals is committed to supporting the health and well-being of children from infancy through adolescence. We offer various services, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, early intervention, and mental health counseling, to address the diverse needs of our young patients and their families. At T & K Pediatric Services, we believe in providing comprehensive and compassionate care to help every child reach their full potential.

Pay: DOE Starting at $33 an hour

Employees in this role are eligible to earn a performance-based bonus of up to $15,000 per year, in addition to their base salary. This bonus is based on individual performance.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start.
• Experience in a Pediatric Setting preferred.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Implements, with minimal supervision, high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities following the principles and practices of physical therapy and with T & K Pediatric Services, Inc. policies and procedures.
• Develops treatment plans, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.
• Maintains a positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
