Description:Immediate Pediatric Physical Therapist job opening in pediatric multi-specialty outpatient clinic serving Billings, MT.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Our mission is to empower children and their families by providing comprehensive, compassionate, and individualized pediatric therapy services with a collaborative team-based approach.

Through occupational therapy, pelvic floor therapy, physical therapy and speech therapy, we aim to foster each child’s unique strengths, promote functional independence, and support their developmental journey.

Why you should come work for us:

Come join a mission-driven pediatric therapy clinic where kids are celebrated, families are supported, and therapists are truly valued. We are not the generic "busy outpatient clinic seeking PT." We are a small, dedicated team with a big heart and a deep commitment to excellence in pediatric care.

Whether you’re an experienced pediatric therapist or a newer clinician eager to specialize, we provide the mentorship and structure needed for long-term success.

Our mission is simple: to offer personalized care that goes beyond traditional therapy. We focus on restoring balance within the body, meeting families where they are in their journey, and providing a safe space where children and caregivers feel truly heard, seen, and supported.

We are passionate about patient advocacy and believe that children deserve a better standard of care through early identification, high-quality intervention, and a team approach that empowers families.

We provide pediatric physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services for children ages 0–18, with a strong focus on early intervention and whole-child development.

As a small practice, you’re not just “a provider.” You’re an essential part of a mission-driven team where your work matters, your voice is valued, and your growth is supported.
