Job summary

The People Link Corp in Billings, Montana is hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic serving children from 0 to 18. This role offers full-time options with 4x10 or 5x8 schedules, and part-time options as well.

The ideal candidate will conduct pediatric evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families to support early intervention. We provide mentorship, a supportive team, and a focus on family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited college.
• Current Physical Therapist license in Montana.
• We welcome new grads and experienced therapists.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough pediatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat a variety of diagnoses including developmental delays, torticollis, toe walking, hypotonia, gross motor delays, orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders and coordination deficits.
• Provide skilled interventions focused on movement quality, strength, balance, coordination, functional mobility, and age-appropriate participation.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers and provide meaningful parent education and home programming.
• Track progress through measurable outcomes and adjust plans of care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, daily notes, and progress updates.
• Work alongside OT and SLP team members in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
• Contribute to a clinic culture that is encouraging, high-energy, and deeply family-centered.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and continuing education.
