MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver pediatric PT services, evaluate patients, and develop treatment plans. The role emphasizes family education, progress tracking, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a welcoming clinic.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide PT services to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and independence.
• Implement physician-approved plans of care using evidence-based interventions.
• Educate and train caregivers to support progress outside therapy.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for high-quality care.
• Supervise PTAs; optional but welcomed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license, or eligible to obtain licensure before the anticipated start date
• One year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Provide physical therapy services to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional independence
• Implement physician-approved plans of care using evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Provide caregiver education and training to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
• Supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) is a plus but not required

Pay: $60.00–$70.00 per hour
