Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• CPT 1 License is required.
• 6 months phlebotomy experience in a hospital setting (Pediatrics, ICU, High Volume, etc.) is required.
• Inpatient experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collection using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all age groups.
• Conduct pediatric blood collections and manage difficult draws, especially in medical office buildings.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and effectively communicate their importance to other employees.
• Provide orientation and training for patient services.
