Responsibilities

• Technical/Phlebotomy - Perform approved specimen collection procedures, point-of-care testing services and processing.
• Customer Service - Act as patient advocate and meet patient/family needs; provide information and emotional support as needed.
• Collaboration - Work cooperatively with others and share knowledge to support the team.
• Professional Development - Maintain currency in the field through continuing education and mandatory trainings.
• Compliance - Understand and comply with policies, guidelines, regulations, and core standards.
