Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Phlebotomy or other clinical lab specimen collection experience OR completion of a Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Technical/Phlebotomy – collect specimens, perform point-of-care testing, and support tests and procedures.
• Customer Service – advocate for patients and families, provide information and emotional support as needed.
