Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience performing venipunctures (pediatric preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• Label, centrifuge, and store specimens per procedures.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients; follow OSHA/DEP regulations.
• Attend annual department trainings.
