Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years hospital experience in Pediatric Pharmacy.
- Minimum 1 year as Pharmacy Supervisor or alternatives listed in ad.
Responsibilities
- Interpret orders and verify in the pharmacy computer system.
- Accurately compound and dispense pharmaceuticals.
- Monitor drug therapies for interactions and contraindications.
- Provide clinical consultation and cost-effective alternatives to staff.
- Mentor and educate staff; document interventions and outcomes.
- Support quality improvement, risk management, and patient safety initiatives.
